Rencurel
Le Chalet des Coulmes

Located in Rencurel, in the heart of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, Le Chalet des Coulmes is a holiday centre dedicated to hosting school groups. The chalet offers an environment that lends itself to learning and discovering nature.

Accommodation suited to school groups

Stays can be arranged on a full-board, half-board or self-catering basis, with packed lunches available on request. The chalet also has classrooms, a performance hall, a games room, a reading corner, an indoor climbing wall, table football, Wi-Fi in the communal areas and free parking for cars and coaches.

Our aim is to introduce children to the mountain environment through a range of activities, particularly sporting ones, and to help them progress step by step. That means getting to grips with the equipment, assessing difficulties, mastering their apprehension and learning new techniques, all in an adventurous setting that offers a real change of scene.

OUR EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

• Empowerment through discovery
• A reminder of the values of “living together”
• Learning citizenship: respect for others, for rules and for the environment, communication and sharing in community life
• Discovering flavours through our “Alimentation Santé Territoire” (Food, Health, Local Area) project
• Gliding skills and agility
• And individual exploration of a taste for effort
