This summer, Le Sentier des Pins in Ramatuelle turns into a real open-air comedy club with the “Le Drôle d'Été” comedy festival!
From 1 July to 28 August 2025, several evenings a week, comedians take to the stage one after another for evenings full of laughter and good humour.
En quarantaine is a funny, intelligent one-man show, just the kind Jean-Jérôme Esposito loves to offer.
The character, alone on stage, turns 40 tonight. Everything about him has aged: his body, his relationship, his friends, his ideals, his daily life, his desires, his outlook on life… This feeling of unease, and the urgency he feels on his birthday to steer his life in a new direction, push him to break out of this sense of confinement and leave everything behind to be 20 again.
In this attempt, peppered with offbeat situations, he will come to realise that a new maturity allows him to write a new chapter of his life.
“What if you could change everything – would you?” It is to take up this challenge that the character gives himself the chance to change it all, but along this journey full of offbeat and very funny situations, he will come to realise that this new maturity allows him to write a new chapter.
Thursday 3 July 2025 – Thierry Garcia
My first was an impressionist on Les Guignols, my second a writer for Les Guignols and my third an artistic producer of Les Guignols. No wonder that, between the 3 of them, they have cooked up a funny, spicy and cruel show that mocks the failings of our society with intelligence and humour. Gender identities, love in later life, the new megalomaniac billionaires, the ravages of social media, the excesses of rolling news channels: these are some of the themes tackled by the characters (around sixty of them) impersonated and embodied with uncanny accuracy by Thierry Garcia.
Tuesday 8 July 2025 – Canopée show
Already more than 100 performances in Paris and on tour!
Although everything in this show is music, it isn’t really an electro concert. A one-man show, then? Literally, it looks like one. A theatrical circus act? Boris Vigneron is an actor and an acrobat, so…
This unclassifiable show features Norenjiv, a singer-musician with his electro concept… But when his machines let him down, the show falters and everything is gradually stripped away. The mask falls, but at the heart of the growing unease, a more intimate relationship with the audience is born, in which the ordinary man reveals himself.
And when the show resumes, it plays out around the accident, peeling away, after the costume, the very man who wore it, until soon only the primal animal is left on stage…
Thursday 10 July 2025 – Olivia Moore
Building on the success of her two previous shows, “Mère Indigne” and “Egoïste”, Olivia Moore is back with her new show, “Oui, je sais”
Building on the success of her two previous shows, “Mère Indigne” and “Egoïste”, Olivia Moore now declares “Oui, je sais”, a cerebral and very funny stand-up show about our (her) vulnerabilities.
“To write this show, I asked myself what I would talk about on stage if I were no longer ashamed of it. So I did it – and believe it or not, it’s both hilarious and liberating. So much so that you may well want to do the same on your way out.”
Tuesday 15 July 2025 – Solide show
There are tons of shows about the stages of life. We just hadn’t done one yet.
And since the point of a pitch is to convince in a few words: there are two of us, we’re funny and we don’t insult the front row.
This show is us. But it’s probably you too. Because even if a burnout or postpartum mesh knickers leave their mark, they also make for very good gags. So we decided to laugh about everything and bare all (calm down, it’s a metaphor. Then again, we’re always happy to oblige).
It’s just real life, really – the one you don’t show on Insta. Right, lots of love.
Thursday 17 July 2025 and Thursday 24 July – Sandrine Alexi
In the age of gender parity, Sandrine Alexi goes one step further: she brings us a 100% female show
The impressionist with 100 voices takes on all women, with the cheek and insolence she is known for. Through the voices, but also the quirks and catchphrases, of female politicians, singers, journalists, presenters and actresses, Sandrine Alexi takes a look at political, cultural and celebrity life.
In these politically correct times, come and laugh for an evening with Sandrine Alexi, who, with affection, will spare nothing and no one!
Tuesday 22 July 2025 – Dany Parmentier
Dany Parmentier is a personal development specialist who will personally take care of developing you!
Thanks to his surprising methods, he reveals the potential of his audience – yes, even yours – through a powerful human experience.
Dany Parmentier will give you the tools to become a better person and seize the opportunities life offers you. And it starts now: this piece of advice is free, and yet it’s the best there is: “Take your seat and you’ll already have started to grow.”
Because attending Dany Parmentier’s show means changing for ever.
Tuesday 29 July 2025 – Xavier Clausse
Dive into the world of hypnosis with Xavier Clausse, the master of hypnosis on social media with more than a billion views worldwide. An evening that will knock you off your feet – quite literally!
You have already heard of hypnosis, and perhaps even listened to programmes about this state that people can be put into. After all, you either believe in it… or you don’t. Stage hypnotist Xavier Clausse’s appearance at the “1850”, with a fun show all about hypnosis, will let you make up your own mind.
Thursday 31 July 2025 – Laurent Febvay
We all have our own Proustian madeleine, don’t we?
For me, it’s the smell of basil. For you, perhaps your grandfather’s eau de Cologne or a Backstreet Boys song. Those memories that take us back to childhood, unique to each of us.
We are strangers, with different lives. And yet tonight, for the length of a show, you’ll see: I am you, you are me.
We’ve all lived those little moments of real life: a job just to pay the bills, a broken heart, a lost key, an impulse buy despite being in the red.
It’s what makes us human, rooted in the present without forgetting where we come from. And that smell of basil that keeps coming back…
Tuesday 5 August 2025 – Jovany
A trunk opens… You climb aboard a merry-go-round at breakneck speed, heading for the land of imagination. Welcome to the attic of his childhood.
A secret place built and inhabited by his grandfather. A real clown who taught him everything: how to grow up, how to get up to mischief. In fact, the biggest piece of mischief he ever got up to was growing up… This versatile free spirit electrifies venues the length and breadth of France with a spectacular, breathtaking One-Performer-Show. This quick-witted creator of emotions tells us about his heritage, his northern roots.
A touch of nostalgia that also shows us that we are increasingly set against one another. He speaks of the sad mindset of humanity, of current events.
All those thoughts we impose on ourselves. Time that passes, and that we forget, until we become adults and miss what really matters… our childhood. Legend has it that he is schizophrenic. It’s not true: there are more of them than that… A whimsical, endearing, sensitive and off-kilter world.
Thursday 7 August – Noémie Bousquainaud
Noémie bursts onto the stage with a sense of humour sharper than a botched fringe!
A single mum, unfiltered, funny and borderline, she takes on everything: Pilates, that cult for constipated models, cardboard-cutout influencers, feminism in the recovery position, Dating 2.0, love never at first sight, positive parenting (it works better on cats) and ASMR, somewhere between relaxation and the urge to slap someone.
If your life’s a bit wobbly, your face looks tired and you need a good laugh without being judged, this show is for you!
If you’re really ugly, don’t worry: sit at the back, the dim lighting works wonders.
Sunday 10 August – Thierry Marquet
With his razor-sharp style and biting humour, Thierry Marquet takes apart the absurdities of modern life: trains that never turn up unless you’re the one running late, aeroplane seats designed to put your knees in your teeth, the blurry photo with Pluto for €64 (now that’s taking the Mickey!) and the new rules of this 2.0 society where a joke can land you in police custody.
Add to that a love life in free fall, a string of break-ups and a good dose of self-mockery, and you get a show that is funny, caustic, touching and, above all, true.
Coming? Or would you rather keep believing “you’ve won an iPhone” by clicking on a banner?
Tuesday 12 August 2025 – Didou
Didou, whose real name is Xavier Dupont, is a French comedian and actor from Monbazillac.
It was in this village in the Dordogne that the young man took his first steps on stage, playing the part of a mute when he was just 14. To take his career to another level, he did not hesitate to move to Paris. He honed his skills by taking classes at the Ecole Du One Man Show and the Cours Florent.
For several years now he has been performing his solo show, DIDOU, Imparfait, Libre et Heureux. Very popular, this show for a wide audience is aimed at everyone. The young actor, whose talent is beyond doubt, is quick to point out that his show has a bit of everything.
Friday 15 August 2025 – Titoff
TITOFF, a French stand-up pioneer, opens the doors of SHOWBIZ to you in his brand-new show! For 45 minutes, go backstage in French show business, from Marseille to Paris. Through hilarious anecdotes, Titoff reveals what goes on behind the scenes: TV shows, chaotic rehearsals, encounters with stars, the pros and cons of fame. With humour, he recounts the successes, the failures and, above all, the fits of laughter that have marked his career.
A sparkling show that highlights how the profession has changed and looks back at the days before social media and smartphones. SHOWBIZ, a unique evening to see the world of entertainment differently!
Thursday 14 August 2025 – Mélodie Fontaine
A show about real life, real people and their false pretences. A regular on La Bande Originale on France Inter.
Who has never burst out laughing watching someone fall flat on their face? No one. That’s why Mélodie has decided to tell you everything: her past in northern France, her clairvoyant’s predictions, her past lives, her attempts, her failures, her stumbles, her pelvic floor rehab. An ode to the glorious mess our lives can sometimes be.
Tuesday 19 August 2025 – Mickaël Denis
The true story of Mickaël Denis, who, from his hospital bed, creates Denise, a larger-than-life character… “His joie de vivre”, as he so often says, but also at times “his greatest embarrassment”. Yes, because Denise sometimes “goes too far and becomes uncontrollable”…
Le Parisien: “never has a split personality been so funny”
Thursday 21 August 2025 – Stan Benett
