Transport

Departure is from the Quai des Belges at the Vieux-Port; we take care of booking the boat transfers once the times have been agreed.

The group leader simply needs to go to the ferry company’s boarding point, where the tickets will be handed over. For groups of 50 or more, a boat can be chartered privately with timings tailored to your event (we take care of that too).

An inventive half-day at sea

TEAM BUILDING

Give your staff a taste of regatta racing by taking the helm of a sailing yacht. A unifying and unforgettable initiative for your teams!

After breakfast facing the sea, a morning’s work… and an aperitif lunch or a sit-down lunch at our centre, take your staff out for a “regatta afternoon”.

Our partner Team Winds will be waiting for your teams, ready to welcome them aboard one of its 18 yachts based in the Frioul archipelago.

After a quick briefing, each crew of 7 people per boat will take charge of its “Grand Surprise” yacht, accompanied by a professional, state-qualified skipper. The course lets your staff enjoy a tour of the Frioul archipelago via Les Goudes and Marseille’s Vieux-Port (the route may be changed depending on the weather), or sail the coastal course of the 2024 Olympic Games sailing venue!

WALKS/TALKS

Set off to discover the Frioul archipelago on themed walks led by a passionate tour guide. These moments of gentle walking are all opportunities to soak up the site’s fascinating history, its strategic role for Marseille, its military remains and its unspoilt natural heritage.

Depending on what your group would like, several routes are possible, from the rocky heights with their stunning views over the bay of Marseille to the little coves that can only be reached on foot. Each route is designed to combine discovery, accessibility and immersion in Frioul’s unique scenery.

These walks are also an excellent way of strengthening bonds between participants, far from conventional meeting rooms. Walking together, conversation flows naturally, in an inspiring and soothing setting that lends itself to informal discussion and human connection.

SNORKELLING

Frioul is full of little coves with clear waters, ideal for a safe snorkelling session. Equipped with fins, mask and snorkel, your staff can explore Mediterranean marine life: colourful fish, Posidonia seagrass meadows, sea urchins and other underwater wonders.

Accompanied by a qualified instructor, participants are introduced to the basic techniques and the local wildlife before getting into the water. The activity is gentle, accessible even to beginners, and requires no particular swimming skills. It is an excellent way to offer a refreshing, sensory and educational experience.

As well as a moment of relaxation, snorkelling is a chance to reconnect with nature, enjoy a shared adventure and create memories together. A lovely salt-air interlude in a seminar programme!

INTRODUCTORY DIVE

Give your teams an unforgettable experience: an introductory dive in the protected waters of Frioul. After a boat trip to a calm, suitable area, each participant is looked after individually by a state-qualified instructor for a very gentle first dive.

Just a few metres below the surface, the magic happens: silence, weightlessness, discovering the seabed… An introductory dive is a moment out of time, when everyone can push their limits in complete safety. No prior experience is needed, other than the desire to give it a try.

This activity creates a powerful memory, a sense of achievement for every participant and a source of personal pride. It fits perfectly into a group dynamic: stepping outside the usual setting, daring to try, and sharing an adventure that will leave a lasting impression.
