Gender Equality Index

In accordance with the provisions of the Future Act of September 5, 2018, which aims to eliminate pay gaps between women and men, companies with at least 50 employees
must publish their professional equality index annually.

This index must be calculated based on 4 to 5 indicators (depending on the company’s size). It provides a score out of 100 points.
