Description
For seminars, the team will accompany you throughout the day, from breakfast (local organic eggs, pastries, cheese platter, charcuterie platter and cereals) to coffee breaks + fruit juice from the producer, not forgetting lunch and dinner +.
Breakfast
To get the day off to a good start, our breakfast includes fresh bread from the artisan baker, French butter, a wide variety of jams, honey from our local producer and a range of hot drinks (a wide choice of organic tea, quality coffee, hot chocolate or milk)… Not forgetting the essential orange juice.
Breaks
Your morning coffee break consists of coffee or tea, a glass of fruit juice (choice of several varieties), a mini croissant or mini pain au chocolat baked on site on the day by our kitchen team.
Your afternoon coffee break is similar to your morning break, but with a sweet homemade treat.
Meals and dinners
Menus are often composed on a daily basis, according to seasonality and the supply from our producers. They are as balanced as possible.
Meal composition :
- A starter, a main course and, to finish on a sweet note, a dessert.
- A cup of coffee, tea or herbal tea.
- Your menu is accompanied by a quarter-bottle of red wine specially selected for Domaine de Sainte-Croix. This well-balanced Beaujolais Village is a perfect match for all the dishes on offer.

Cerdon du Bugey (75 cl)
A very strong aromatic expression of the grape varieties, with a predominance of red fruits.
A semi-dry character resulting from a harmonious balance of acids and residual sugars (natural grape sugars).
Blanc de blanc du Jura (75 cl)
A beautiful robe with fine bubbles that appear in a vertical column to die away at the rim of the flute.
Nose of citrus and white stone fruit, fresh mouthfeel and elegant bubbles. A perfect wine for a vin d’honneur or dessert.
Champagne (75 cl)
Our white wines :
AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais (75 cl)
Grape variety: Chardonnay-Aligoté. A dry white with a nose of citrus fruit and white flowers. The Aligoté brings a hint of vivacity, while the Chardonnay adds elegance and length on the palate.
This wine is a perfect match for fish starters.
AOC Entre Deux Mers (75 cl)
Grape varieties: Sauvignon – Sémillon – Muscadelle. A highly aromatic dry white, with a nose of citrus fruits, boxwood, grapefruit, white peach and lychee. Full-bodied and round on the palate.
Goes well with foie gras terrine.
Chablis Domaine de Chardonnay (75 cl)
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. A light, crisp dry white with aromas of sea spray, citrus fruits, lemon and grapefruit. This wine has a light golden-white color and is easily digestible on the palate.
Turcot Cuvée Majeur White (75 cl)
Grape varieties: 65% Sauvignon – 35% Semillon. From gravelly plots. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Aged 8 months with stirring of the lees. Delicate and complex. Fruity aromas of dried apricot, fresh hazelnut and Williams pear. Floral notes with lovely aromatic freshness. Grilled, smoky and spicy notes of pepper and nutmeg.
Our red wines :
Estate wine (75 cl)
Grape variety: Gamay. A fruity, easy-drinking red, with a nose of red fruit (redcurrant, blueberry, etc.). The fine workmanship of the Gamay gives this wine a lovely structure, with fine, mellow tannins. It will delight your taste buds with cheeses and roast poultry.
AOC-AOP Corbières (75cl)
Cuvée “Délicatesse”. Deep red with crimson highlights. Very complex nose of spices and black fruit, with hints of garrigue. Rich, full-bodied palate with notes of gingerbread and vanilla. Serve with meats in sauce, mushrooms.
AOC Bordeaux Supérieur (75cl)
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot. “Cuvée Majeure. A red wine of great elegance, finesse and complexity. A nose of ripe red fruits, blackcurrants, blackberries and spices, with a hint of vanilla over the wine’s volatile aromas. A frank attack on the palate, rich with substance and supple tannins. A perfect accompaniment to lamb.

This selection has been specially created for the wedding menus of the Domaine de Sainte-Croix in partnership with Gilbert SEGURA, President of the Cercle Œnophile Français.
Wines (red and white) must be selected from our wine list. If you bring your own champagne, a corkage fee of €5/bottle will be charged.
