Catering
Our kitchen and dining room team offers a wide variety of starters, hot dishes, and desserts. We aim to satisfy you during your meals with an “all-you-can-eat buffet” formula. Always committed to being a local actor, we work closely with numerous local producers. Thus, we promote short supply chains.
The Chef, along with His Team, Will Offer You:
- Continental breakfast combining a diversity of flavors and nutritional balance,
- Recipes from around the world or French regions,
- Provencal specialties, grilled dishes,
- Seasonal fruits and vegetables.
The Bar
Whether for an aperitif or a coffee break, the bar, its shaded terrace, and its team await you for a moment of pure conviviality.
We offer a wide selection of drinks ranging from cocktails with or without alcohol, to local wines selected from surrounding cellars. (Muscat Beaumes de Venise, Natural Sweet Wine from Rasteau, Miro).
On your Plate
Here, all products are of appellation of origin: grapes, black muscat from Ventoux, Nyons olives, Carpentras strawberries, Cavaillon melons… a most flavorful terroir!
Each buffet offers a wide range of specialties where nutrition is preserved and product traceability is enhanced.
Short Supply Chains and Fresh Products
Each week, we offer local and seasonal products (cherries, strawberries, melons, Ventoux goat cheeses…). We indicate these products on the buffets with a sign: “AMAP Production”.
Our Dining Options
For your meals, you will have a choice between 2 options:
- Full board: breakfast, lunch, dinner,
- Half board: breakfast, dinner. Local wine included: rosé from Vaucluse and red Côtes du Rhône.
- Picnic basket, varied and balanced. Menu of various sandwiches and salads available, to be ordered the day before at the reception.
